“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
Spiritual 12 Steps
A Christ‑centered path of honesty, surrender, healing, and renewal
1. We admitted our need for God. We recognized that our own strength was not enough and acknowledged the patterns, burdens, or addictions that were harming our lives.
2. We believed God can restore us. We trusted that God is loving, present, and able to bring spiritual and emotional wholeness.
3. We surrendered our will to God. We chose to place our lives in God’s care, trusting His wisdom above our own.
4. We searched our hearts honestly. We invited God’s light to reveal what is wounded, hidden, or in need of healing.
5. We confessed truthfully. We shared our struggles with God, ourselves, and a trusted person, believing honesty opens the door to freedom.
6. We became willing to change. We opened our hearts for God to transform every part of us that is broken or unhealthy.
7. We asked God to remove our shortcomings. We sought His grace to reshape our character and strengthen our spirit.
8. We are prepared to make things right. We made a list of those we harmed and became willing to repair what we could.
9. We made amends with humility. We restored relationships wherever possible, guided by love, wisdom, and peace.
10. We continued self‑examination. We stayed honest about our actions and quickly acknowledged when we were wrong.
11. We sought God daily. Through prayer and reflection, we asked God to guide our thoughts and reveal His will.
12. We shared hope with others. We carried this message of healing and practiced these principles in our daily lives.
